Introducing

Tell Aion what needs doing.

It does the work in your bank, your books, and the sites you use, and brings you only the decisions that are yours.

Say it once

A forklift loads pallets into a trailer at a warehouse dock.

It knows your business

“How’s the business really doing?”

Aion answers from your accounts, bills, and invoices. Every figure traces back to the transactions behind it.

How it works

More you can hand over

What else you can hand Aion.

Say it the way you’d say it to a person. Here’s how Aion does each one, and what stays with you.

Two people talk as they walk down a warehouse aisle, one holding a clipboard.

You stay in control

No money moves without you.

What can Aion do?

Most of the money work a person does in a browser: billing, collections, paying bills, keeping QuickBooks current, submitting invoices in customers’ portals, pulling invoices and statements from vendors’ sites, reports, and the close. It works in Aion, where your accounts, bills, and invoices are, and in the other sites and apps you use.

Does it keep working after I close Aion?

Yes. Tasks run on a schedule or when something happens, like a payment landing or a bill arriving. When Aion needs you, for a sign-in code or a decision, it tells you in Aion, by email, or in your browser, then picks up where it left off.

Does it ask before it acts?

For anything binding, yes. Paying, submitting, signing, sending, and deleting wait for you, unless you approved them up front for a standing order with a limit. Searching, downloading, and filling in forms are Aion’s job.

Which apps does it work with?

Aion itself, QuickBooks and 8+ other accounting platforms, and the websites you already use: customers’ supplier portals, carrier and vendor portals, and webmail. You can also ask it from Claude, ChatGPT, or Claude in Slack.

Can my team ask Aion from Slack, Claude, or ChatGPT?

Yes. Connect Aion once in Settings, then ask from Claude or ChatGPT, or from Claude in Slack. Aion answers from your business’s accounts and records, and does the work in Aion. Anything that moves money comes back to Aion as an approval: saying yes in a chat approves nothing, and nothing moves until someone with approval rights approves it, signed in to Aion.

What if a site won’t let it in?

Some sites block automated browsers. On those, Aion works in your own Chrome: you click through, and Aion fills in each form from your records.

Can it see my passwords?

No. When a site needs a sign-in, you type it into Aion’s private card and it goes straight to the page. You can save a sign-in so scheduled tasks can use it, and remove it anytime.
